I've been away from my blog for 6 days - no Internet. I'm so glad to have it back! First I want to show you some pictures of the ice in my Crepe Myrtle. Come out the front door, still standing on the porch and look to your left and this is what you'll see -

Our first snow storm left us with about 2 ft of snow -
Kind of hard to tell, with the wind blowing like it was. In some places it was 2 ft, in others it was more like 5 ft. But either way - it's a lot of snow.
And yes, that is a big opening in our fence. Remember the plumber? The prep work we needed to do, in order to reduce our bill? That was part of it. The day he was scheduled to come and fix our broken water pipe (over a week ago) was the day we got the 2 ft of snow. Our pipe is still broken, still leaking and the water bill is now approx equal to the National Debt. :( But, what can you do? Wait.
Ok, on to cute stuff :) Since I had no internet for 6 days, and I've been wanting to rework my first Etsy shop, I did some sewing. Now I can only show you little peeks until my 'Big Unveiling'.... which I hope will be soon.

Oh, and I did finish Mike's second shirt, but forgot to take pictures of it. I'll take them after it comes out of the laundry, nicely ironed. :)
